Here is an optimal FHA Streamline Refinance closing calendar for the rest of 2017. Use these closing dates to minimize your "double interest" paid.

 

 

The guide assumes that your home is a primary residence such that the 3-day right of rescission applies.

 

• January 2017 : A Wednesday, January 25 closing will fund January 31, 2017

• February 2017 : A Wednesday, February 22 closing will fund February 28, 2017

• March 2017 : A Monday, March 27 closing will fund March 31, 2017

• April 2017 : A Monday, April 24 closing will fund April 28, 2017

• May 2017 : A Thursday, May 25 closing will fund May 31, 2017

• June 2017 : A Monday, June 26 closing will fund June 30, 2017

• July 2017 : A Tuesday, July 25 closing will fund July 31, 2017

• August 2017 : A Friday, August 25 closing will fund August 31, 2017

• September 2017 : A Monday, September 25 closing will fund September 29, 2017

• October 2017 : A Tuesday, October 24 closing will fund October 30, 2017

• November 2017 : A Friday, November 24 closing will fund November 30, 2017

Note that closings for FHA non-owner occupied properties, rental homes, and other properties not subject to the 3-day right of rescission. Closings for rentals should be scheduled for the last business day of the month, whenever possible.
